Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the successful candidate will fill the Building Maintenance 3-month contract position at Broadmoor Place in Edmonton. This role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property and will perform routine repairs and maintenance to the buildings including electrical/mechanical systems and including exterior parking lot and site repair and maintenance requirements.
