Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Property Management, the successful candidate will fill the permanent full-time position of Director, Property Management in Edmonton. This position will be responsible for our real estate portfolio in Edmonton and area, Alberta. The primary responsibilities of this role are to provide leadership for the Edmonton team and office, oversee the day to day operation, management and administration of the commercial property to ensure landlords’ and Triovest’s objectives are achieved. In addition, as the market leader, this position will seek out and pursue new business mandates as they fit within Triovest’s business model.
