Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund or credit. To cancel your registration, email admin@bomaedm.ca with the name and date of the event, your full name, organization, and contact information.
Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time up to and including the day of the event. To complete a substitution, email admin@bomaedm.ca with the name and date of the event, full name, organization, and contact information of the replacement attendee. This ensures we can properly manage logistics and registration.
No-Shows
Registrants who do not attend and do not request a refund or substitution within the stipulated timeframe are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Organizer Cancellation: If BOMA Edmonton + North must cancel an event, registrants will be offered either a full refund or a credit, depending on their preference.
Event Changes
Event details may change as required. Any modifications will be communicated to registrants promptly.
Photography Notice
Participation in events implies consent to be photographed or included in event media unless BOMA Edmonton + North is notified in advance.
Credit Card Payments
All credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. If payment was made by credit card, this fee will also be deducted from any refunds.

Sponsorship Payment Policy
BOMA Edmonton + North will issue an invoice within 7 days of sponsorship confirmation. All sponsorship funds are due no later than 30 days before the event date to allow sufficient time for planning, branding integration, and confirmation of sponsor benefits.
Preferred Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please reach out to accounting@bomaedm.ca to set up payment.
